Denise is an invaluable member of our team, consistently demonstrating professionalism and expertise in overseeing the seamless operation of our office. With over a decade of experience in quality assurance, she has developed exceptional skills in office management, including strategic planning, coordination, and the establishment of policies and procedures. Beyond this, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our services by setting and implementing rigorous quality assurance standards and company processes.

In addition to her operational duties, she is responsible for the recruitment and training of office staff and oversees departmental layoffs and budgetary adjustments to maintain the financial well-being of Ace Accountants.

Denise holds a degree in Computer Science, along with diplomas in Business and Project Administration, as well as System Analysis. Furthermore, her proficiency in both Spanish and English renders her an invaluable asset in our bilingual workplace.
